By no means do you have to be able to stand on your hands to join in the fun, all you need is a positive mindset and be willing to give it a go - and trust me when i say that you are more capable then you know!

In this immersive experience, you'll delve into the fundamentals of handstands with expert guidance, learning skills and drills to help you on your way.
We'll break down each step of the handstand journey, focusing on strength, balance, and alignment. By the end of the workshop, you'll not only feel confident upside down but also equipped with the knowledge to continue progressing on your handstand journey.
